Got the pleasure of detailing my long time friend Trent's black beast SS nicknamed the "Punisher"
Nice looking Camaro for sure...
Here's the scoop: This car got a lot done, everything but the interior
Wash, claybar, then polished with Menzerna, followed by Blackfire Gloss Enhancer, and topped with the super-duper Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant

A year and a half ago it put down 730hp and 700lb/tq at the wheels
It's a forged LS6 with an YSI blower 15lbs of boost
Right now it's running 17 lbs of boost and 150 shot of nitrous but has not been dynoed yet under this current set-up

The 730/700 hp/tq was without nitrous

Right now (new set-up) will run 17lbs of boost and 150 shot of nitrous next time it goes to the dyno. It will be well over 800hp at the wheels

wow insane did he have to do alot to the engine so it could handle the nos and supercharger

Our crankshafts stock can handle 800hp really should only have to screw with the rods and pistons then heads for compression.

^ It is a forged LS6- aka forged internals. I don't know about a stock LS1 crank handling 800hp- but the rest of a stock LS1 would prolly grenade after a short period of time.

looks solid, but the hood looks like a different shade of black compared to the fenders.

You may be right. I doubt the paint is different. I know for fact the hood was re-cleared after the scoop was painted in red. It could be the way the clear layed out...
