Would these speakers work

[Black 98 formula ws6]

I have a 98 formula ws6 with a moonsoon, and i found some speakers out of a 98 camaro but doesnt know if they hook up with the factory on the firebird and doesnt know if it wuz a v8 car dont know if that makes a difference or not? is there a difference with the camaro and firebird speaker, there the ones beside the seats, there factory. Thanks

I know the speakers in the doors are different, but, I think the subs are the same. I know that the subs in the Camaro are 2 ohms though.

No, they won't work. I tried using Camaro speakers once and the connector are completely different for the Monsoon speakers. You can not do a splice job either or the Camaro speakers just blow after a bit.

Monsoon system, from what I've been told, are a 1 ohm setup. Most other stereo systems use between 2 and 8 ohm resistance.
