How hard if possible would it be to transplant the monsoon into a 95? how much would it be to get my hands on a complete system? dont tell me its not worth it i know its not. but im trying to boost the resale of my car and i dotn want aftermarket.

That's not going to boost the value enough to get out what you'd have into it. It would be a huge pain in the ass. You'd have to run individual wires all over the place. If you're not wanting to go aftermarket, what's wrong with the stock system?

Every car I have traded in or sold, went for the same price if stock or aftermarket. Normally I will get a trade in value and then after I get it, I say I have the stock stereo and they never complain, so for resale value it doesn't matter unless the car is a very rare car with collectors interest and even then the newer Monsoon wouldn't be stock.
