Yes they are 8w7s. The driver side box I ordered off of ebay and myself and some friends built the passenger side one. On the driver side box I just added a 3/4" mdf plate to make it fit. The boxes are a little undersized but the 8s sound absolutely amazing. Everyone who has heard it swore I had two twelves back there.

I wanted to ask you guys about the bass output of the stealth box. Is it big enough for really good bass? Or is a box that goes in the trunk hole better? (my car is a hard top so no t-top space needed) Sorry if this seems like a dumb question.

the only dumb questions that exist in my book start with " how do i make my v6..." lol anyways
if you dont have t tops then just get the whole box that fits in the back, i got one i love it , got 2 kicker 10's and a 800 watt amp, i mean it aint no bump machine but it does good, and i havent had to replace any door speakers since the install. and that is what i have them for.
i guess is depends on what you listen too, if you listen to rap you need 12's probably 2 of them, rock 2 10's just moderate i dunno country maybe 1 10 will do,

The Stealth box doesnt provide the BEST bass, the trunk box one would sound better probably
