    speakers buzz

I've noticed lately that when I'm listening to the radio my speakers buzz and make a crackling noise when I'm around 3k rpms and can't figure out what's causing it and it's VERY annoying. The head unit is brand new but I noticed there are 2 wires going to the subs is not connected to anything and not sure if that is causing the problem or if my amp is going bad. Any suggestions?

Speakers new? Stock monsoon amp? Just started or started when you put new wiring in?

The sub RCA lines in the back should be output only, so they aren't what's causing interference.
