    which speakers to buy?

ok, i gotta blown sail panel speaker and i want to replace them. everthing about the sound system is stock (monsoon system), i just need some recomendations on what i should replace the blown speaker with. i got a little confused when i saw the speakers had 4 wires and all aftermarket speakers that i have seen have 2 wires like the pioneer 4 ways i have from a while ago.

The four wires indicate that the speaker has a dual voice coil. Elemental Designs carries the most commonly used replacement subs...Models EU-700 and now 7Kv.2, however they are backordered until late May. I'm currently looking to find a suitable alternative.

It is actually pretty easy to put regular aftermarket speakers in, i just put in 2 alpine speakers in the other day, i just put the 2 matching stock wires together, then matched those to the wires on the aftermarket speaker and put a wire nut on them...but wiring them that way caused them to have less power than they should have
