Sound system questions

I have a 1998 TA WS6 Vert that I bought in an online auction with only a few pictures to lead me on the condition along with only 42k original miles. Well after purchasing it, I have noticed two aggravating things regarding the sound system. My head unit display is not always displaying everything and the hu will not accept any cds. Also one of my rear speakers is blown and both in the doors are questionable so I need to do some upgrading here.

I guess my questions are what is my original factory system? The hu does not have 'Monsoon' on it anywhere and I only notice 4 speakers (2 front door and 2 rear side panels). Did Verts come with the Monsoon system? I read in doing searches that there is no difference in the hu between the two so beings I would like to stay stock just for visual purposes can I put in any Monsoon hu? Also what would you all suggest for replacement speakers. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks.

Some were Delco systems. My 97 coupe has the delco system with an amp for the 4 regular channles and 2 subs. Not real sure about verts though. Are you looking for factory replacment or after market stuff?

I was looking at factory replacement for the hu, but would be looking into getting something aftermarket for the speakers. Thanks.
