    Sound system diagrams

Is their any way you can help me? I'm trying to re-do my sound system on my '00 TA, everything is completely stock (sound wise). i've worked on the performance side, and know its time for the sound system. I'm not looking for anything crazy, but i'm looking for a nice crisp overall sound, i'm looking for wiring diagrams that will help me in re-configuring my stock system. All i have is a custom side box for a 10' woofer, which i haven't installed. Everything else is completely stock, just looking for something to guide me through out this process.- Thanks.

Yea i believe it is. My plans are installing a new head unit, with all new speakers, i have a custom box that goes snugged in the rear driver side compartment for a 10' subwoofer. I want to throw in a small AMP for the woofer, and mabey something small for the front speakers. I might need a crossover unit, don't know. I'm not looking to sound like a loud boom box on wheels, just something that sounds "crisp" & "clean". I just don't have any experience in hooking up a sound system, so when it comes to wiring what to where, i'm pretty ignorant.

If you want a crisp sound, get either Alpine or Infinity's speakers. If you want a warm sound, get the more expensive Sony's or Pioneer. Sony usually have the highest SNL ratio. For me I am going to wait on the new MEX-BT5700U reciever, and the sub is about to come out (XS-LD106P5 DVC sub) If you decide to get a CD changer, most aftermarket stereos have a compatible CD changer that can be directly connected to the stereo. And most stereos have an aux jack for your MP3 player, or even better, an USB port to control items like the Ipod from the control panels, as well as charge them. Also, ones with Bluetooth function usually can stream audio as well, if you have a bluetooth phone or MP3 player.
