rivets?????

anyone know what size rivets are needed to install the power window regulator. I had to replace the regulator and power window motor and want to get it all buttoned up but I can 't seem to find the correct size of rivet to hold the regulator to the door.

I picked up some nuts and bolts, dont remember size thou, instead of the rivets, it will make it easier the next time you pull it apart. Its not if you do its when you do lol.

i dont know, but make sure you find out the correct size before you just wing it or something. my drivers side window was all screwed up because someone had replaced the motor in there, and used the wrong size rivet and it broke. cost me $150 to fix

You need a special rivet gun because they are large rivets. You can go to a body shop and they will have the tool and the larger rivets. They shouldn't charge that much.
