You could probably get the one I have programmed by the installer to do things like that. You do have to be some things that they might not tell you at first to get it all working on a F-Body that’s where they got me. But I complained to the manager and didn’t have to pay for all of it.

I just love the idea of parking my car in the middle of a crowd and then walking off and having it start.. roll the windows down and then start the scanner...

Many- Planning to buy
I agree with Viper 5900. Anything from viper is good. Those gadget(alarm) have an ESP feature thats where if you but a directed amp or orion amp you could set it up for if some one steals the amp it won't work till its back it your car great feature

Remote start is nice but with gas prices the way they are I just dont use it anymore but i have a DEI unit and yes you can get windows up and down and yes you can call your car on the phone and have it do things to just depends on the amount of cash you want to place in it

If you got one for a automatic, you'd have to override all kinds of things, and still be sure as hell not to leave it in gear. Not worth it in my opinion. They do have manual car specific kits on Ebay though. They have a thing that overrides the need to push in on the clutch and it also won't start if its in gear. If you go to Best Buy for anything, prepare to be ass raped cause there installers are monkeys with wrenches and there expensive as hell to boot!

Go to a real store to start off , in a manual all you have to do is Jump out the safty switch but remember if you go to start it while it is in gear it will move and might hit something or someone

idk i have always liked remote starts, but i wouldn't want one in mine. not worth the money since i never really would use it. thinking about it, our cars are loud, especially with exhaust. so remote starting in lot then getting in just makes everyone look at you as yyou awkwardly get into your car (if tall or parked close to another). hen again, my car is parked in a garage so i don't have to warm it up...
