Raio not shutting off with driver door 1999

I have a 99 SS Camaro when I shut the car off the radio and accessory power stays on even when I open the driver door and also dome lighting will not come on when opening door works with passenger door I have to open the passenger door in order for it to shut down I replace the driver door switch and still the same issue oh and it will time out after 10 minutes do you think it’s a BCM problem or what else can I check
