Power locks not working. 2000 T/A

So my power locks have been out sometime now. One day they up and quit working. Ive seen a wiring diagram, and if i remember correctly it went straight from the lock switches to the BCM and nothing in between. Its been over a year since i was playing with it last because i was deployed, and after just didnt have the time. Now im trying to track down the cause. I remember pulling the bcm and trying to reheat some solder points, but no fix. I can hear it trigger under the dash when i press the lock switches or the key fobs but no movement from either side. Need a fresh idea. Any relays or something else it could be, common in Fbodies? Anything i can check? (Besides fuses...1st thing i checked)

There is probably a relay in there somewhere as well and that may be what you are hearing. Some pinpoint tests for voltage and ground would be a good first step, however, the BCM is always a prime suspect.

Thats what i want to say too. Been a minute since i looked at the wire diagram but i remember tracking both lock switches to the BCM and the bcm to the fuse box and then to the battery...i think. im scared to drop the money on a bcm only to be disappointed. Just want to expend all other possible causes before i jump to the most expensive one haha

Bump this thread some time tonight as a reminder and I'll also take a look at my books.
