Is it possible?

Is it possible to install a new stereo unit and keep the steering wheel functions and the 12 cd changer? I know i know i could just hook up my phone or ipod to a usb but as weird as it is i really like my 12 cd changer

you would have to find an aftermarket stero that comes with those functions built in with it. or atleast the wires to hook to and then just a few cuts and splices. if you cant find that it be a hell of a job but i know my wiring guy has done it with steros before that arnt spose to be able to. so good luck. im bout to try the same swap in a few months ill let you know if i figure it out.
