My life is a- Ben Stiller movie.
he asked for the subs, not the front speakers...or are they they same? hell for 10 more each you should buy the eu700's from elemental designs

The front speakers are two distinct speakers on the same unit - the wiring harness contains 2 pair (4 wires), one pair for the 6.5 sub, and one pair for the 2' tweeters mounted in the center of the sub. If you replace the sub, you have to replace the tweeter - they cannot be separated.

I think you're thinking of the FRONT speakers though like diph said, he needs the subs beside the rear seats, they dont have tweeters in em

Maybe it's different in my car since it is a convertible, but I'm pretty sure the 6.5'sin the front door are the subs. Sure sounded like it when they blew.

yeah convertible's different, there's the root of our problem, lol. On our cars, we have front mids with tweeters, subs beside the rear seats and more highs all the way in the rear

May I say something about GM Parts Direct.
I ordered a part from Rock Auto. The part was $179.79. The shipping was 10.02. The part was unavailable, so...
I ordered from GM Direct Parts. The part was 184.72. Ok... only $5 more. But the shipping and "handling" was $44.33!!!!
So make sure you are comparing apples to apples when you quote price!
Why does shipping and handling fee seem so high?
Gmpartsdirect.com sells parts near published dealer cost plus a percentage for a shipping and handling fee. This fee is not actual shipping charges only.
The shipping and handling pays for the shipping charges plus our other expenses like web programming, employees, etc. Another way to explain this is, we are selling you the part near published dealer cost, the shipping, and handling pays all of our expenses associated with running the web site. The amount left over after our expense is our profit.
Keep in mind our overall price is a tremendous savings over retail price and in most cases is even cheaper than dealer wholesale shipped to your door step, and without leaving the convenience of the Mouse. Compare the overall price delivered to your door.
(In some cases our site may misprice parts. If you feel the pricing is incorrect please email us and we will glady check on the part number in question)

Black/Black- 2000 Trans Am WS6 A4
I bought a new sub locally for roughly $80...
had I known that the eu-700s fit, and work flawlessly, (better than stock,) I would have dished out a mere $50 instead...
