    Exclamation Monsoon CD player

    I get error 20 & 23 and it won't read a single disc , any fix for this or is it dead ?
    Any help would be great

    haha . . . monsoons are junk man . . get a aftermarket if ya got the cash . . ive dealt with mine reading cds only 25% of the time in my 98 for 7 years!! i hate em!

    you may try to use a lense cleaner, but if that dont fix it forget it!

    E20 is focus error - try another/new disc, rough road, high humidity.
    E23 is communications error - disconnect battery voltage to radio, then reconnect after a few minutes. (If theftlock is activated you'll probably have to put the code back in, or need to unlock it.)

    Last line for each says have the unit serviced if the issue is still there.
