Monsoon Atena Wire Removal?
Ok, I pulled the monsoon for the first time tonight. First off it does pull out very far do to the short wires, that sucks. Second, um, how the heck do you disconnect the antena wire?
It looks like if bolts inside the radio and then runs solid wire thru the maze-o-wires, bye bye.
I know lots of poeple of swapped for after market radios. How do you get the atena wire out?
thanks

well most of the time i don't speak english, i speak American,
Well it was dark and not a lot of room to see. I could have sworn it was bolted in from inside the unit, even though that makes no sense at all.
Hey it was just as dumb as me asking if the cable on my steering column was for the hood release,
I'm still curious what that darn cable is for, but since it goes under the carpet and not out the firewall. I'm not very ambishes to go diging up my carpet to find out.

wait i thought that was American...do what ever I feel like,
Yeah I suck at spelling. And I am too lazy to proof my own stuff.
Living in the south affords me the luxury of only being able to use small words,
Seriously I should learn to use the spell check feature.
Considering all i do is listen to the radio it was well worth the hazing to ask about the antena. I would go nuts if I had to drive around without the radio. When I bought the car all of the speakers were blown. Low on funds after a few needed repairs and tires. I bought WalMart specials, just to hear my radio. Now that is what I call desparate.

prolly doesn't sound half bad--can't be any worse than the paper cone stockers.. They'll sound good till you start trying to get volume out of that little amp and burn 'em up!

well considering the ultra cheap cost it won't break my heart if they die one day. My luck they will last longer than the car, lol....
