LS1 to LT1 camaro tail lights

ok so i just swapped my LS1 tail light to LT1 style tails with harness and the LT1 harness is a 4 wire plug which is missing "lt blu" which is stop lights and now i have no stop lights what wires do i need to tap to make my stop lights work properly? high mount stop light(third brake light) works but tail light brake lights done... all turn signals, hazards, running, and reverse lights work perfectly.

ok so im on break right now from class and noticed no one has responded yet. iv been studying the wiring diagrams from the 96 and earlier and the 97 and later tail light systems... they are ran almost identical besides the lt blue wire... both systems BLS(brake light switch) run through the turn/hazard switch... so in theory i should be able to use a wire to jump from the lt blue wire from the LS1 system to the yellow and dk green wires on the LT1 harness and the lights should work... correct?

well the 2000 camaro doesnt run through the turn/hazard switch like the hayens manual show so heres some diagrams off of Alldata...

alright well i get it, i got it, and i done it.... got the brake lights working perfectly im going to post a how to. to help others with this problem...

May I ask why you wanted the older style lights?

the older style lights fit the hatch line better what i did was black out the lights and left the reverse lights clear...
