Lighting issue in a 99 camaro
Alright guys maybe you can help me out. I turned on the car about a month ago and none of my headlights were working! GREAT!!!! so today after over a month i finally took everything apart! thru away all the HID bull shit and bought new stock bulbs. After everything my headlights still dont work! my fog lights worked for 10 minutes turned the car off and then back on and bye bye fogs!
i checked the fuses none seem to be burnt. replaced the two lh/rh headlights fuses with new 25 amp fuses! also the fog light switch now does not even turn on!!
What do you guys recommend?

Check to see if you are getting voltage into and then out of the headlght switch.

Alright guys i need your help again.....
So now that my headlights are working and replaced the headlight switch, the fog lights dont come on! Not even the light on the switch that tells you that they are on, but if i activate the alarm with the button pushed in as if it was on they turn on....... Already checked fuses, relays and replaced it with a used switch! could it be possible that i have yet again bought a non functioning fog switch?

Use a meter and test for continuity in the switch. This will tell you if the switch is good or not. Once you have confirmed the switch is good, confirm that you have voltage going to the switch. Another test you can do is install a small jumper wire in place of this switch. This will bypass the switch and confirm there is no problem with any of the electrical circuit for the fog lamps.
