I emailed them a question about their premium package a few weeks ago and have yet to get a response! I'd agree that their service sucks!

I called instead instead of emailed. All he said was he's been sick and traveling. Still haven't bought speakers yet

i have the audiopipe subs and the cdt componets for the front and kenwood for the small speakers for the rear,i only had these in my car for a month,then i went back to factory speakers.i would love to sell these if any one is interested make me a offer. thanks, also these came from kee audio

I emailed him a couple of times back in January about the Double-DIN bezel he makes and never heard back from him. He could have at least email me back and give me a simple "We don't make them anymore." If you're going to provide an email link from your website for questions, you ought to at least respond to them at some point... just my .02
