Question I need some help, and I also have another question

Alright well the problem I am having has to do with my antenna. I know the motor isn't dead, you can hear it. But if you want it up, it will go up when the radio is on, or you start the car with no problem. However when you turn the radio off manually, or when I turn my TA off the antenna wont go down on its own right now. This problem happened last night. I have to pull down the bottom part of the antenna into the hole alittle bit, and then like I said either turn the radio off manually or turn the car off to get it to go down. Its not catching on something for it to go down. So any insight from any of yous would be helpful so I can fix it myself. (I work on cars, so unless this is a huge job, I'll be doing it myself.) I was wondering if anyone has done this before and has made, or know of any write-ups for it online. Or you can just share your insight on here.

My second question is my passenger side speaker, at the rear bucket seats has now cracked. (About two weeks ago.) I want to replace them with something better, but I am not sure of what size they are. (I heard they might be 6x9's.) These are not the hatch speakers. So if someone could tell me the stock size for them i'd appreciate it...also if yous know the door and hatch sizes, I wouldn't mind knowing them either. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your int motor is slipped. Mine did that too, I just had someone turn the car on and off a couple times while I pushed it down and it reseated in the right spot.
I cut in 6x9 in the rear but they came 6 1/2 stock I think. Cut your hole real close and use dynomat and 6x8's sound bitchen back there.

Alright, I'll give it a go some more times about the antenna. I tried that the night it started to happen, and let a buddy turn the radio on and off a few times and I pushed it back down, but it still hasn't re-seated by itself yet for me. Maybe I'm not pushing down enough. But thanks for the reply and info on the speakers. I appreciate it.

Oh, and I wanted to ask too. When you pushed down on yours did you hear a click or anything before it started to work properly again? Or will you not hear it re-seat?
