Headlights on

I have a 98 Z28 I just bought about 3 weeks or so ago. The car has the headlights turn on automatically when it starts to get dark. But sometimes I don't want them on. I tried turning the headlight switch on, off and even to just the running light but the headlights never go off. Is there a switch or something in the car other then the headlight switch that will turn them off? I don't want to lose the auto on feature completely but I would like to turn headlights off if I want.

If u want u can barely pull e brake up where the light illuminates and then u can turn them on automatically. There is also a mod that u can do to elimate this but u will have to turn them on manually all the time.

i also wanted to do this when I got my SS but didn't wanna to have to re work the wiring and all that. i simply do what's stated above and pull the E-Brake up slightly. I have gotten pulled over at night for doing this as well.
