Headlight issues!!

I have a '99 T/A WS6. Everytime I turn off my car, the headlights go up and then back down. Once they go down, the motor keeps running for about 3 to 5 seconds. It's really annoying and I'm sure wearing out the motor! Any ideas??

Your problem is a well known issue with T/A's.Most all info can be found in general maintenance as it is a mechanical issue,but what needs to be done is a motor rebuild on headlight.Here is a link that might help:http://www.rodneydickman.com/n113.html
