Finally finished my Audio System
I finally took some really crappy photos of my system. I will take some better ones when I get a digital camera that works...had to take these on my RAZR. I still have some finish work to do but I think it came out ok. List of goodies: Clarion DXZ815MP, JL Audio VR600 components in doors, MA Audio midbass sails(can't really hear them), Vantage stealthbox, Subthump passenger side stealthbox, 2 Jl Audio 10w3v2 D2, Rockford Fosgate Power Series 600.5 5 channel amp (tested at 780w), Monster Cable throughout

Two different boxes..one vantage...kinda rare(drivers side), one subthump(passenger side..also works for verts) available at www.subthump.com. Had to do some cutting for the passenger side. Still need to put some carpet on the vantage box to match. That's the finishing work I still have to do.

I would recommend a rear wall amp rack like mine to get your amp tucked away out of sight. Otherwise I see smashed glass and a missing stereo system in your future. Click my sig to see the details of the amp rack. If it's a project you don't think you can take on yourself Steve at SubThump sells amp rack kits that are based on my design.

I had the plans for that and some guy had one on ebay about a week ago. I may go that route soon enough, I just don't wanna work on it any more right now..LOL! You are right though...I live in a pretty decent area and I never park my car someplace I'm not comfortable with and even then it could still happen. Right now I just push the seperation over the amp and between that and the tint you can't see anything. This is temporary though.

Hey white rascal, do you mind posting a better pic of the raised Trans-Am lettering. Not trying to steal your idea, but interested in trying something like that on my T/A.
