Factory speaker
I have an 05 Silverado who's right front speaker crapped out. Guessing the coil in it went. I pulled the speaker and it has one bigger clip on top and two smaller ones on the bottom.
Do I have to pull off this "clip" type of piece and apply it to the replacement speaker?
Any help would be much appreciated.

If the clip is what is holding the speaker in the door then yes put it on the new speaker. Unless you can find a better way of holdind the speeker in the door go that route.
