DRL help!?!?!?!

Im so pissed off. I cant figure out why my left side drls arent working correctly. When the switch is in the off position the right side drl is full illuminated but teh left side is only dim, but turn signals work. when i put the switch in the middle position all the lights are fully illuminated but the left turn signal doesnt work it stays solid. I've replaced the bulb and the socket along with the flasher unit. The only thing I can think of is theres a electrical switch (on my diagram labeled S150). I dont know how but maybe its fucked up. If anyone can provide some help plz do.
