Driver side window problems... not motor
99 Camaro SS
I have a problem with my driver side window as a direct result of my car alarm went off. Initially the door lock did not work for the driver side although the driver side switch worked. then i turned on the car and the door locks worked for both sides. As for the window it is not the motor for i replaced it already about a month ago. The switch's continuity works. I hear a relay clicking under the dash... any suggestions? Thanks

If either door lock switch is unplugged, power door locks will not work. I think it is the same with the window motors. The switches complete the circuits... try asking a friend if you car borrow their door lock/window swiths panels from both of their doors. They just pop out, you don't need tools. Put these into you car and hope.
good luck,
Dustin
