door speaker connections ?

I have not torn my door apart yet but do the speaker wires connect to the speaker via the little black connector that looks like about any other plug in a cars wiring?

I think im going to buy the schoche connectors from best buy so i dont have to cut anything.

I dont think i will just wanted the ease of install since people are saying the wires are pretty short. this way just plug and play.

ok i see your point and if the cost isnt that great it might be worth the time saved but do they even make it for our cars?
