CD player cuts out and windows won't work

I have a Pioneer CD Player in my LS1 camaro and I will be driving and all of a sudden the cd player will cut out for a second or two and then come back on. It will do this a couple times randomly. When the cd player turns off the windows won't work either. It has only not turned back on once, but eventually I got the cd player and windows to work again. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. Do you think it is just a short in the CD player wiring because I messed with it recently?

No -

It's a loose power or ground connection to your BCM, a bad connection to the BCM, or a faulty BCM. Check for loose wires, etc. first before you go about the replacement process.

I may sound retarded. What is the BCM connection? Body Control Module? Where is it located at so I can check it?

sorry - never saw that response -- it's kinda hard to explain, so read through this (Ctrl + f and f"find" BCM if you have trouble seeing it).
