CD Changer Question

I have an 02 Z w/ in dash CD w/ Monsoon.

To add a 12 disc or cable converter, is the cable already there if the car doesn't have 12 disc? If not, do I need the cable to run the converter to aux?

Cable is already in the car. Look at the drivers side rear speaker-wire, it should be attached to it with some masking tape. Take off the tape and the wire should extend out to the back corner shelf, where you would mount the CD changer. Not hard at all.
