c6 radio
i have a 07 Corvette with base single cd radio,no nav or xm,my wife really wants a i pod adapter,i have seen a factory 08 Corvette 6 disc radio with a i pod input on ebay.does a 08 factory vette radio have the same connectors as a 07 vette radio,i would hate to buy the 08 radio and it not plug up to my 07.

i have no idea to be honest, however if its like the trans ams withouth the 6 cd changer the wiring is already there, however if you really want an ipod adapter why not go aftermarket, i think theres a way to add an aux in without changing the head unit as well, dont quote me on that, if anything ehres a free bump

There is a way to do an aux input mod on the stock gm headunits. The cd drive must work in order for this to work. It requires splicing a couple of wires that connect the cd drive to the main board. It is relatively easy but time consuming. Radioshack has the jack for under $4 and a piece of telephone or internet wire works well. I have done it, but my cd drive does not read, so it does not work at this point. Search input aux mod in this site and you will find more. I know nothing about your specific head unit, but this is a start
