Best Stereo?
What is the best stereo you can get? My monsoon is pissing me off to much, I found a programmer to keep the steering controls at least. I was leaning towards Sony or Kenwood...

I love my Kenwood Excelon. Mines about 2 years old now. KDC-x790. It's not too bad. The fun part is the G-force monitering in it. Does a rough estimate of gauging HP along with both lateral and longitudinal g-force measurements.

I like my x-plod because the controls are easy to get to and use to change stations etc.

Lateral G-Force? That sounds pretty fucking sweet. My dad keeps telling me to get blaupunkt, but I that just sounds stupid.

I agree with this one. I have ALPINE too. I think they are doing great.

always dirty- 2013 Ram 2014 Caddy ATS
I am tired of alpines. the controls are layed out nice but everyone I have had lasts about 3 years and then has problems. I have always had good luck with pioneer. I got a new one 3 months ago and am happy with it. It just took a little while to get used to one knob to control everything.

blaupunkt is kinda cheap. but all companies have a higher line. i know in Europe i was in a car with all blaupunkt componates and it sounded amazing. one of the best sounding systems i have heard. but thats my .02.

Black/PurpleChromeFlames- 1999 Pontiac Trans Am WS6
I was considering an all around system for the wifes daily driver 99 WS6 (white) to do everything and was wondering if anyone has any imput on the Pioneer AVIC-Z3? Is it worth it for all its capable of doing or is it all its cooked up to be?

I've only ever run Pioneer Premier head units in my cars. Never had an issue. My current head unit has inputs for USB devices and ipods.
