    Amp rack & sub

I removed a CAP next to the P300, so there is a space and the P300 is not centered as it should be. The other amp is a T400-4.

Clean install, I used to do custom stero's for show cars in my younger days.

    That's It

I use the T400-4 for my mids and I use the P300 for the single 10" Rockford sub. I have four power series Rockford 6.5" two-way speakers (2 in doors & 2in rear seat) with two Rockford 4" two-way (in the far rear). I use the P300 amp just to power the one 10" Rockford Pd3210 sub. I use the Eclipse 5030 for a head unit with XM and bluetooth audio with an IPOD. I was wondering if the T600-4 amp would add more noticeable power.

wow I love how clean this looks. How did you make the panel that holds the amps? How many screws you use to hold in place and where did you screw them. I have a JL audio 6 ch amp that came with the car and is in the same area but I don't like how it looks.

    Thanks

I purchased the Amp Rack and Stealth Sub Enclosure from Subthump. The rack was 67.00 bucks and the enclosure was 112.00. It came with detailed instructions on how to mount the amp rack. Very simple. I did not have to drill any holes into the body/trunk.

The enclosure is made so you can still store your T-Tops, but I do not have T-tops.

I bought the same for mine (rack & enclosure)... I had to trim a little on the rack to get it to fit though.....how did you drill the holes? Cut carpet and drill or just straight through?

I did not have to trim anything. It fit like a glove. If you're talking about the carpet on the rack I just drilled through the carpet into blocks of wood that I hung from the tail light wing nuts with a straight strap.

Just a heads up if you get a stealthbox...the subthump ones are designed for a camaro (which have slightly larger space than firebirds). The kee audio box is a few bucks more, but is suppose to fit better and has some sound deadening coated on the inside.
If you search my sn, you can find my thread about the issues I had with my subthump stealth box. I was requesting a refund if they would not modify the box, so they finally made the modifications needed for the box to fit properly.

I really don't remember. I don't think it was out of line. It's actually very light since its made of particle board.
