    After Market Stereo Colors

Why the hell is it so damn hard to find a good aftermarket H/U with red lights? I hate green! If I wanted green I'd buy a Mustang! Blue is OK, but it doesnt go with my red lights! Im sort of obsessive with making my interior match and dont want to settle for a green and blue bright ass stereo! Anyone got any ideas on a good H/U that matches the red lights? I dont want a red/blue mix either just friggin red.

If anyone knows please let me know!

    Thanks!

The Kewood 790 hu I have has a choice of green or red lights and you can change it under the settings and even the readout on the screen can be changed to have red letters for the rds etc..

That's why I paid the extra $100 for the upgraded version of my Alpine. I didn't want to be limited to just blue or green. Sure I paid for some other nice options, but for me, the main thing I was interested in was having a red display (I can chose form about 50 or so different colors for the deck).

daytine pic looks orange, but believe me, it's red.

Is that the Alpine 9855? If so that's the one I have and I love it. There's over 500 colors to choose from.

People complained about the "glide strip" but i never had a problem with it. Actually like it. The newer Alpines don't do as much for the money though. Probably the best head unit I ever bought. Had to replace my 7893 that some dickhead stole -- while i was christmas shopping last year. I get pissed off every time I think about it.

To quote John Travolta from "Pulp Fiction", "It'd been worth him doin' it, if I coulda caught him doin it."
