    99 Trans Am Ws6 Speaker

I wanted to know what size speakers that i can fit in my car. I look on crutchfield but they said to use 6.5 speakers all the way around. I want to know if i can use 4x6 in the back seats and 6x9 in the rear. Anyone know what sizes i can use? I am looking to buy some replacements for the whole car asap but am not sure what will fit.

    Thanks Guys

Do you want to add amps or keep it stock and replace just the speakers? More infoplz.
If you have the factory amp and want to just upgrade the speakers you can find replacment subs for the sail panles in the back seat and just use a good 4inch rear speaker and do a set of components up front and run them off the factory amp. The subs may require a little work but here is a thread about them. http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=36813
For the fronts you have two sets of speaker wires. one for mids and the other for highs. they are individualy wired. for the front. A component system could run straight off the factory amp. save the crossovers.

Doors 5 1/4 to 6 1/2 with adapters. Same for sail panels and 4 in the far back go to crutchfield.com, put your car info in and it will show you every size and every speaker that can fit. If you add these speakers to the cart it will also show you the adapters and wire stuff needed to make it all plug and play.
