Yea hold on... CR2032 3V battery

Does anyone know how to cycle a new key fob to your car, I cant figure it out... do you have to hold down the Brake and cycle the ignition while holding the lock and unlock button??

uhm its in the owners manual on re programming....but you dont need to be in the car to even do it...i think it was just hold the lock and un lock for so many seconds and the car will flash and chirp or something...its been too long to remember

If you take the key fob apart (which you have to do to replace the battery).. you have a sticker that says do X for Y amount of time until Z, or whatever it says. I think it's exactly what Steve said.

-- Edit: You mean a NEW key fob, or the same keyfob with a new battery? If it's a new fob altogether, I think you really have to do some messing around with it. I don't remember, something about the radio fuse?

I already figured that out...when you put a new battery in, you have to reset it by holding the lock and unlock button for around 5 to 7 seconds, but for a new kepfob you have to take out a certain fuse, cycle your ignition twice, hold down your unlock and lock button for 15 sec and it should work. but my spare keyfob was for an Oldsmobile and wouldnt work w/ my car.
