I have never been able to tell any difference in any of the components you listed.
I have had mine on since 2005.

Well....I blew up my LS1 and built a 408 Stroker....Lots of new "components" so a lil hard for me to say one specific part of many caused power I could feel.

You will if you install an electric water pump at the same time.

Pretty simple really. Parasitic loss reduced or eliminated equals HP gains.

The only problem if you want to call it that is low voltage at idle with my a4, with an m6 you may not have any. I have a 1000w amp which takes a lot of power, even with turning my idle up by 200rpm I still drop into the high 11 low 12v range with everything going. It goes right back up once the rpms are above about 1k or so.
