I bought a B&M 70268 SuperCooler when I built my trans. I told them to mount it behind the front grilles.

The way I did it the 1st time (ran it like this for 3 years) I cut the hard lines right at the radiator and flared the cut ends just a little bit, and slid the cooler hoses on and clamped them, then ran the hoses passed the rad on the driver side and out to the front... amounted my cooler on the two thin upright braces for the power steering cooler

The tranny lines run from the passenger side of the tranny, forward passed the bell housing, then turn towards the driver side ( run along the steering rack) then swoop up along the riverside of the block with a small backer holding them to the engine mount, go around the outside of the alt and to the rad
