    suspension problems on gto?

    my dad has an 06 gto and his suspension has been giving him problems and its been to the shop 3 times to get fixed and finally they said that in some of the 06 gtos they put the springs in upside down.. happen to anyone else?

    the car rode like utter shit.. nothing like a stock gto.. very loose u felt every bump in the road.. and it was making a rattling noise as hed go over a bump

    Did he buy it new?
    And when you say been in the shop are you refering to the dealer?

    yes he bought it new and yes i ment the dealer.. the mechanic said it was a common problem but i think he was BSing us

    I would have your father call the Service Manager and explain the issue and tell him it has already been in multiple times with NO resolve.
    If he won't take care of him and adress the issue go to another dealer and do the same with there Service Manager.
    He needs to bypass the service writer completely.
    If there is ANY rattling like you say there is something wrong.
    It has the 18"s on it?

    there was rattling but not anymore... i think its 18s.. whatever the smaller ones are
