Get either a dyno tune from a reputable tuner or a Nelson mail order tune.

If your limited to a hand held YES get a Diablo it will allow you to do more adjustments and I feel is a better hand held.
Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

ok, one more question. Right now I have access to a laptop, and am going to buy my own next year. Is it worth the money to buy something like hptuner's system, so I can go in and do all the tweaking and playing myself.... or should I take it to someone to hav it done? Ive had alittle time tunning my friends holley efi system but thats it, I'm a quick learner and have a girlfriend that can drive me around for hours and hours at a time to tune realtime and I'm looking in to turbo charging here eventually.I hope I explained everything
