    Question Superchips Programmer 2740

    Hi,

    When I hookup the programmer it has 2 levels: Performance and 87 octane

    Does this mean I could run 87 octane without hurting the motor?

    Yes it means they have a setting where they pulled some timing to allow for cheaper fuel usage without depending on the knock sensor to pull timing due to pinging.
