Most of the mystery rattling sounds have all been eventually traced back to the exhaust....check for any and all places where it can "touch" the frame.....mine was right under the drivers side seat...

I had the same thing happen on my '04. It drove me nuts for a couple days, so I finally put it up on the lift. After poking around for about 30 mins. with a light and a mirror, I spotted a crack (barely) between the tailpipe and metal spacer tab that holds the tailpipes evenly apart. So I removed the tailpipes and mig welded the spacer tab. Then I rewelded all the spacers for good measure.

    No more rattle after that.
    Good luck!

I know that when I changed my catback, mine was buzzing. I found mine to be touching the heat shield on my pass side. I took them off.
Keep us posted as to what you find.
