I have Pacesetter LTs (coated) i paid $500 bucks for them to be shipped and they also came with catless mids and if you ask me they are great cheap and they sound GOOD.

Do you need to retain the cats for emissions in Texas?

JBA makes one of the best shorty style headers. Here is a good deal on Ebay right now that a few friends are looking at. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-06...spagenameZWDVW

Not sure are you still stock 04 bumper cover or have you done the usual 05-06 conversion?

The JBA's run around $500 new.

I'm not a big fan of the Pacesetters myself. If you do go that route do yourself a favor and make sure you get the updated versions. V-2 Design
    $500ish

For long tubes I would get a set of Kooks they are around $900 stay away from the 1 7/8" unless you plan on doing 175+ shot. You'll piss away all your bottom end of your power curve to gain 5hp @ 6000.
