If you havent done it yet, replace the suspension bushings. Pedder's has TONS of stuff to firm up our rides; the factory suspension bushings are absolute shit. When I did mine, I was left wondering why they used pencil eraser rubber to support such power. Also look into a CAI, they're always good to have. Personally I've got my eyes set on the Volant. Check the Install Documents Sticky, its got a lot of good ideas in it.

Phantom Black Metallic- 2004 GTO M6
Harrop differential cover. Adds to the "keep the ass end planted" factor.

Looks like they're standard poly bushings; should be fine. Honestly, when you replace things like tie rod bushings and radius rod bushings in the GTO, you will want to cry when you see the stock ones. ANYTHING is better than the crap they used IMO. I've heard of people using Whiteline/Noltec with good results, but personally I went with Pedder's, as it seemed to be the most highly regarded amongst fellow LS1.com members. In the end it's your car, your choice on brands, so go with what works for you.
Have you looked into headers and exhaust yet? There are TONS of options there, some at really good prices, too. I think I'd like to get the Pacesetter headers followed by some exhaust cutouts, keeping everything stock from there back. That way at the flip of a switch it goes from it's normal growl to an obnoxious burbling grumble that will make all those damn mustangs with their droning exhaust notes shit themselves... but I digress... so what direction are you going with the GTO? Weekend warrior, DD with stones, or full on race?

i have full exhaust on already (check 1st post lol) and i love what the car has become. and looking at all the bushing installs online it is very sad that the car is being run with material of that quality. im wanting this to be my weekend race buddy but thats all up to the wife lol. ideally i would weekend the gto and have a little beater for the daily push.

Harris speed works nitrous plate kit with NANO. You will have more fun with that ONE mod than anything else you ever do to your car.

I can vouch for the Energy suspension poly bushings...if they still have the race options get them, but there are a few bushings like the radius rod bushings that you need to get from pedders or noltec.
