What makes you think the 02's are the problem?
Also have you put leaded race gas in it?
If so lead kills 02's some quicker than others but it sounds as if you have other issues.

becuz i put new LTs in and ever since i spliced the wires the car hasn't been the same. And i got a OBD 2 scanner and it said O2 sensor bank 1 and low voltage or something.

so that how i am mostly sure that its my O2 sensors

How did you splice those wires?
They are VERY sensitive to added resistance. They should be soldered and heat shrinked NOT just butt connected.
