    GTO trade for a 5th Gen ??

As it is well documented me and the GTO have had our differences .. but I dont think I would trade it for a 5th Gen ... While the Camaro SS may be a little faster I think the GTO is overall a better driving car ..
    Thoughts ???

while I like the styling of the new camaro- the GTO is second to no other GM vehicle in ride & interior quality- yes there are some issues- but don't they all have some issues?

right .. the whole back seat thing should not happen , but the start switch is a GM thing I heard it on bigger GMC Trucks too ...

I'd trade a GTO in on 5th gen in a heart beat. But then again I'm not a huge fan of GTO. I'd take a Caddy too over a GTO.

    Destroying Mustang-

Here's the math for the day GTO + no payments + fixed + modded = much happier driver than owing $37k on a 5th gen that anyone could buy off the showroom floor...mod is a way of personalizing...kinda like tattoos, which i'm a fan of too, but that's a different site altogether...lol

more unique but i doubt it has never been done...the only mods that would be truely unique are the insane high output builds ...and even then..you share the same block etc.....mods are not unique

    Destroying Mustang-

i'm still working on the less-expensive mods on my GTO, mostly because my financial situation changed drastically last year...but there's a LOT to do if you want, everywhere from suspension, bolt-on, induction, head/cam/block, tuning, boosting, custom appearance, etc depending on what you're trying to accomplish...daily driver that turns heads and is competitive, or a 1/4 mile beast, there are lots of options...it mainly is up to personal taste and preference...ask some of the veterans hanging around here, take a look at some of their prized GTOs and see what you think bout which way you wanna go...

maybe i'm coming across more biased than i intend...i sell Chevy's for a living, and trust me, if i could afford it, I'd have a 2010 Camaro 2SS sitting in my garage too, but i love my GTO in a different "greedy for more" way where i don't wanna give it up...the Camaro is a sweet ride, and i'm sure there are plenty of things either way that can keep you interested for a long time to come...let us know what you end up doing...and if you wanna drive a 2011 Camaro, we just ordered our first 2 today, so they should be hitting showroom floors sometime in the next 60-75 days...

one can tell you've never spend any time behind the wheel of a goat. The interior of the Camaro is cheap- seats are uncomfortable & if they are anything like previous Camaros they'll be rattling soon after you purchase one.
