The LS2 GTO's value is still pretty good for one with halfway decent miles.

Too bad you don't live near me and looking for a MBM 05. I saw one at a dealer a few towns from me a lil while ago. M6 as well. Owner painted the rockers silver and added SAP grilles.

2004 Torrid Red just sold last week @ our sister dealership for $15,800 with 45k miles...GTOs bring the bank here in the midwest still...

Yea I need that ls2 man haha plus the body style looks better if I have to Ed up getting another ls1 I will just get a ws6 buut I want that engine room for mods =D =D

No what I'm saying is I want a bigger faster engine therefore I don't have to put a bunch of parts onto it that have to be illegal being that I'm here in CALI and I have smog laws unfortunately and plus the body style is already done how I like it with the hood scoops versus the 2004 model and I know people go and spend the money to make there 2004's look like 05's and up and that's a waste of money when I'd rather just save and buy a 2005 or 2006 already.

i'm just completing my conversion from 04 to the 05-06 style now, i will put up pics once i get her out of the shop...but the cost really wasnt that bad if u shop conservatively and wait for good deals...got all my parts from members of this site and one other...total cost to convert around 1200 (not changing the engine tho)
