Torrid Red- 2004 Pontiac GTO
Dualling out an 04?
Has anyone here converted there 04 GOATs to a true dual exhaust exit? I know I should probably post this in another tech forum on LS1, but I really want guys with an 04 GTO who have done this to respond. I am thinking about doing this once I get the full exhaust (headers back). Please let me know how you did it i.e. cutting stock bumper for second exit, new rear fascia, etc... I would like to know what this would all entail. Thanks in advance guys!!!!

You already have a true dual exhaust. Either side never touches.
PFYC has cutouts that do the job. They actually look pretty good. On another GTO board, there are tons of pictures of cars that have done what you want to do. Not very hard to do at all.Rob

Just wondering what kind of mufflers you had installed on youre turn downs and how you like it. Sounds like i might go the route if its not to crazy loud.

Phantom Black- 2005 GTO
I have just done the exact same thing to mine. I got thee exhaust rear bumper shields bolts and hangers bumper insert. Everything you need to convert to 05 exhaust system off of Ebay. It looks great and easy install. Just had to get body shop to paint to match.

I ordered the Banshee sleeves. If I list the site it will be deleted, but once I laid the template on I found the valance rolled undered at the top seam of the sleeve. Knowing I'm not a finish carpenter I took it to a custom body shop where they cut it, glued and painted it for me.
