The lope could be just the different exhaust lay out.

BLACK- 2004 GTO
wow thats a lot of opening at .814 after you do the math

The lift he gave you included the rocker ratio.
Take that lift number (.467 for instance) and divide by 1.7.
You come up with .274 lobe lift, (at the lifter) This is then multiplied by the rocker ratio of 1.7 for the gross lift number.
And yes,,,,this is the same camshaft that 01-02 Fbodies got,,,the same cam used in the 6.0 truck motors from 01 to about 06 or so.

ok I'm tracking now(the stock cam is 196/207 at .050 int-281/exh-274) lol thanks for clearing that up at least I did the math right ha ha, whats the highest you can go before the piston starts hitting the valve? I'm new to this cam talk if you couldn't tell and just want to know everything sorry if it's annoying but you gotta learn some how and thats what this site is for I believe everyone is being so helpful

Impulse Blue- 2004 GTO
Glad to see others saying what I found out back in early '05. I put mine on a cam doctor and that is what it spit out. I took all kinds of flack because the GTO was supposed to get a different cam but it was the same old '01-'02 F-Body cam.
