2004 GTO radio
My cd player just stop working. I got the error message ''mech''. The cd's won't eject or play. I'm probably going to pick up a used one on ebay. Does any one know how to program a different one to your car, because of the security code needed? How difficult is it? Thanks.

You can seperate the cd player from your radio and install the cd player from another gto radio into yours. The radio will still play like usual. This is what i did and it worked great!
