05 Auto 3.91's vs 3.46's

Has anyone done ONLY the gear swap to find out what kind of e.t. difference they gained.....? I swapped for the 3.91's but did multiple other bolt-on's at the same time. It definitely made a bigger differance than I thought it would. i'll post my e.t.'s soon. Car ran 11.72 at 117 with the 17's on the stock gears,stock air cleaner, and stock exhaust. I was HAPPY!!!!

There are a couple down here...05 GTO's that did the swap.....drivers are not worth a shit though so I couldnt tell you what ET improvement they had....just sat there and melted the tires best I could see

LOL....I would seriously think a few tenths would be had after relearning the launch with the new gears....

Their are ALOT of dumb ass drivers out here in AZ too!!!!! If it blows the tires off at 2800rpm why would you come up next pass and try to dump the clutch at 3500rpm........
